I came in during a crazy Saturday when the dealership had lots of clients. I got wonderful service, I looked at multiple vehicles, drove two and decided on the second one I drove. I decided to come back on Monday to get the car after lining up my insurance coverage and I would estimate from walking on the lot to start looking to taking possession of the vehicle I spent a total of 4 hours at the dealership. The paperwork aspect/delivery of the vehicle was the best I've ever experienced since I walked on the lot and was home in less than one hour with my new car. It's a great car and I look forward to dealing with you all in the future more

My visit was exceptional the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and pleasant. I believe his name was Ray, very nice man didn't mind answering questions very patient. He must have asked if I wanted coffee a million times waiting for vehicle. Kia needs more people like Ray more

My overall experience was very good, however, my problem wasn't fixed. I went in for a simple oil change, which was okay and to fix (again) my front left turn signal light. It worked fine for one day. I have been out there for the same problem with both front signal lights atleast four time this year. They fix the right, the lift goes out; they fix the left, the right goes out. Guess what, its out again on the left. \r more

Guy welcomed me with open arms. She was very likable. he wasn't any ordinary salesperson, I felt that I had known her for several years. She was very knowledgeable on the Optima that my husband and I had purchased. I plan on recommending her to all of my family and friends!\r more

We first purchased a Kia Soul back in 2011 through Dorian. The service then was above and beyond what I could have ever asked for. I was recently in Kia of Kenner for a check up on my 2011 Kia and while waiting to pick up my vehicle, Dorian gave my husband and I a heads up on how ""awesome"" the new 2014 Kia Soul was going to be. He even directed us to the website to play and construct our own. As soon as a 2014 hit the lot, Dorian upheld his promise and called us. We were there within a week and left with our new 2014 Kia Soul. I am amazed by the personal relationship that Dorian has established with us. I feel like if we ever needed anything or if anything ever went wrong with our vehicles, that he genuinely cares. I could tell that he truly cares about his clients and not just making a sale. Thank you so much for helping us get our Kia Soul's.\r more

Mr. Love provided us with the best experience we have ever had when buying a vehicle. He took care of everything from beginning to end. Everything was wonderful. Had a horrible experience at the west bank Kia store. I loved the car but did not love the service. I am so glad I chose to give Premier Kia a chance.
