BEWARE!!!! This clinic will tell you one price then bill you later for more. The person who handles the billing can barely understand or speak English. When I came in for the office visit I was told it would cost me $90 because they couldn't ""understand"" my insurance (blue cross blue shield). I paid the $90 and they told me that when they ""figured out"" my insurance they would refund the $90. Instead I later received a bill for an additional ten dollars! When I called and trudged through the chore that was communicating with the woman I was transferred to, she told me that since I used my insurance it would cost more because they charge people with insurance more!!!!!! Questionable business practices at best, horrible communication and office incompetence. I expected more from medical professionals, I suppose next time I'll go somewhere that actually has said professionals on staff. more

Avoid at all costs. My visit began with paying a fee when I darkened the door. They hook you for a fee and make you wait for HOURS (yes, I expect a wait, but two hours?) so if you give up and bail because you, you know, have a life to get back to, they pocket that money. There were half a dozen people in the office the same time I was, complaining about the same treatment. Finally, I get called back, where I sit for another 30 minutes. Then, I get ""seen"" by a doctor who tells me, and I'm quoting, ""I'll prescribe this and give it a day or so. If you see no change, come back and I'll try something else."" He said he'd leave a prescription at the front desk. Still feeling like crap two days later, I went back, thinking I'd see what other prescription he left me. The front office ""lady,"" (I use that term very loosely,) looked at me like I was an idiot. There was nothing waiting for me. I then get a bill, above the fee they charged me when I went in. I've NEVER been charged anything other than a co-pay. Before I can get anyone from the office to call me back, after NUMEROUS attempts, I get ANOTHER bill, higher, naturally. I leave more messages, none are EVER returned. I finally just wrote them out a check and cut my ties which is all they were after in the first place. These people, from the gal at the front counter to the heifer in billing (there's really no other word to describe this woman that will make it through the filter, but she must have the best lunch break policy EVER because she was always ""at lunch"")are an insult to any profession, particularly medical. more

DO NOT GO HERE 1/10/2012

DO NOT GO HERE. I went on Friday Jan 6th to get a pregnancy confirmation test for medicaid. They said I would have my results Saturday Jan 7th. When I called the 7th, they kept giving me the run around that the nurse was not available. Finally Monday Jan 9th I got ahold of someone who said my blood was still at the office and had not even be sent ot the lab and I would not get my results until Tuesday. This delayed sending my medicaid application 4 days. Oh - and they said my bloodwork suggested I was only 4 weeks pregnant. When I got confirmed today I am 8. Guess my blood sitting in their office for 3 1/2 days messed something up. Do not go here, they would not even own up to their mistake. Pros: null Cons: null more

Excellent care, great staff 8/9/2007

I went to the clinic for problems with my back. The physician who treated me took the time to listen to my problems and discuss treatment. I was treated with a great deal of respect and the doctor was not condescending as some doctors can be. He discussed my condition and treatment with me on a very professional but still personal level. I really got the feeling that he understood and cared about what i was going through. He also recommended a great physical therapist. I am still having issues with my back, but i feel like i have found a knowledgeable, caring physician who treats his patients with respect. Pros: Treatment, professionalism facility Cons: none more
