I had a very positive experience working with Premier Collision on the repair of the back end of my SUV. I was in need of a repair for a banged in bumper and scratches on my car. Before I chose Premier, I researched several auto body shops in the North Miami Beach area and chose three shops to visit & receive quotes from. Robert at Premier Collision provided me with the most competitive quote and he was most genuine in trying to help me. He helped me save even more money by suggesting his coupon on Groupon which was well worth it. I saved a few more hundred dollars. Robert also referred me to his car rental contact, which provided a special discount for being a customer of Premier. The car rental company both picked me up and drove me back to Premier. Robert kept his promise to repair my vehicle within just a few days which saved me money at the car renal company. The quality of his work was great and his guys even cleaned up a scratch for me that I wasn't expecting. The back of my SUV looks brand new. His detail guys provided a nice cleaning/polish before I arrived. I have no complaints regarding my experience with Premier. I recommend others to use Robert and his company for repairs similar to mine. I will use him again should I need auto body work in the future. more

Overall Premier Collision was pretty excellent. My tow truck guy recommended them to me and they seemed fairly reputable. They called me back in a timely fashion and detailed my entire and fixed my back bumper, so I was immensely satisfied with the entire effort. more

When I got into an accident, I didn't know what to do. When I went over to talk to Premier Collision, they pretty much gave me assistance of how to go about insurance. They even helped me out with rental by calling them for me. They deliver what they promise, as far as what they did with me. They promised to give me back my car in two weeks and they did. I have a 2012 Porsche. I hit a telephone pole and did thousands of dollars in damage. Premier Collision did the repairs in about two weeks. They worked with all original parts and saved me all the old parts off the car. They invoiced for everything and it came out mint. They are very friendly, very personable, and very knowledgeable. It was just an overall great experience. You should definitely give them an opportunity. Not only can you save yourself some money, but they do quality work and they guarantee it. My experience with Premier Collision was great. I was in a car accident, and they did a very good job with the repair. They worked quickly and efficiently. For the most part, we were just waiting for my insurance to get back to me. They worked with my insurance company no problem. Everyone I worked with was very friendly. They did a nice job with my car. I wouldn't want to have to repair my car again from an accident, but if I had to, I would bring it back to Premier Collision. more

Do not go to this place. It feels crowded when you enter and when you make it through to talk to the owner about pricing he will over-price you terribly... And from the looks of him it looks as if he uses the extra money he charges you for his steroid injections!!! Be aware. more

These people took forever to fix my car a few months ago. This could have easily been fixed by any other collision shop in less than one week but it took them a month and a half. After I got my car back it was all messed up! I had to take the car back to get it fixed again. Wait! There are things missing inside my car? Woops, I guess they have thieves too? I am starting to wonder where they got the parts for my car. Are they OEM parts or something they picked up at a junk yard? I am never going back to this shop again. more

My car was parked at the Aventura Mall 12/23/2011 and some one hit it and ran. They totaled my front end of my vehicle - damages were about $2,500.00. Premier Collision, Inc. was highly recommended to me and thank God because I was very impressed from start to finish. The Towing company Endless Towing picked up my vehicle within the hour, their customer service secretary was very pleasant and helpful. When I picked up my car it was washed and cleaned that I felt I was leaving a Dealership instead of a body shop. You can blame the rating on the guy who you installed the Duraflex fenders for on the Corvette recently. Talk to him about getting this removed. He will know what he needs to do. more
