This company provided knowledgable service in a professional manner. They gave up-front quote and length of repair time and met both. They cleaned up after beautifully too! All my questions were encouraged and answered up front - this is now "my plumber," I will recommend them highly when my friends or neighbors are in need. more

Remedial service 4/10/2012

After posting an unfavorable review, I was contacted by Preferred Plumbing with an offer to make things right. Thanks to Mark, all was made right. Old toilets were disposed of as promised previously, toilets were caulked and area sanitized. Job was finally completed in a professional and thorough manner. more

Needed a plumber to clear roots and debris from outside drains 3/23/2012

Service technician came out to clean outside drains. Cleared about 30 and found other problems with pipes. Unfortunately after all the work we are still 40-50 blocked and outside drains continue to overflow. Need to hire a landscaping company to remove and or replace the existing drainage system. Technician was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try to clear drains. He was frustrated when things didn't work out completely. Problem is outside drain systems are haphazard with no standardized way to install them. more

Carpet Cleaning 3/15/2012

PROS: The people I originally hired were late so I called the Plumber Man and he came out in 30 minutes. He got the job done efficiently and did a good job. There are still some spots showing on the carpet but I guess those aren't coming out. CONS: I would recommend a cleaner process for getting in and out of the property. example: painters paper for the area that he would be walking. Being Asian, we don't usually wear shoes in doors. more

The personel showed up within a hour of the first call. After a check of the problem, the estimate of repair was given. After about a hour they were back with all of the items needed to effect the repair. The job was completed timely and within the cost estimate. I am very happy with the repair. I will recommend them highly. more
