Preferred is excellent!!! A co-worker told me about them many years ago. As a woman,I would get nervous going to a repair shop,I don't know alot about cars and feel like I'll be taken advantage of,but upon walking into Preferred ,I felt very comfortable,the employees are very pleasant and professional and do not make you feel intimidated.
