Hey, I am not one to publicly review, but I need to on this guy. He came to our house to do a job and showed up with a ego bigger than his big loud black truck (which by the way he treated my elderly mother so rudely that it should be painted PINK). I have never come across a man doing business who felt justified to be so arrogant the minute he stepped on to our property. \r
Anyhow, it was as simple as this. When my Mom called to set up the appointment she gave him our address and the fact that it was the first house on the right. My Mom was in the process of painting her house so there were no house numbers posted. We were all outside when he arrived. One of us had walked out on to the street to let him know he had arrived at the right place. He stepped out and immediately started complaining about no house numbers, we said, ""Hey, sorry as you can see we""ve been working on the place all weekend"". Not good enough, he continued complaining and how we should have put a paper sign out for him he then said he could get a $10,000.00 fine if he goes to the wrong house. HUH? Is there a BEE POLICE that I am not hip too? Remember someone had walked out onto the driveway to welcome him, if we weren't expecting him we probably wouldn't have let him know right away he was in the right place. He continued complaining about the house numbers (lack of) and my 80 year old Mother said ""that is enough"". ""You are here and we have bigger things to worry about (the BEES)."" Right in her face he ripped up the work order and turned and walked away. My Mother pleaded with him to stay and that she really needed his help, she said this twice to him as he walked away from her. He continued walking and got into his truck and roared the engine and took off up the street. ""Afterthought"" NO ONE EVER NEEDS ANYONE LIKE THAT TO HELP THEM! Another business came right out and was very kind and got the job done with a smile and a positive attitude! Take time to look for another business!
