Nick over at Precision Frame & Body Shop is really great and takes such good care of his customers. He handled all the insurance stuff for me and while he was dealing with that he had to store my car for about a week. Throughout the whole process he kept in touch and made sure that I was never out of the loop which was really nice. He let me know when he got started and then let me know when he was finished as well. The whole thing was just so smooth and this situation was just handled really well. When I got my car back I could not believe it because the exterior seriously looked like a brand new car. He was just very courteous, sweet and nice. Everything worked out so well and I was very pleased with the way that he took care of me. more

They're absolutely great! 5/19/2016

I love Precision Frame & Body Shop. I live in a different state and I use their services to help my daughter. I feel that they're very honest and upfront. We first used them in 2010 or 2011 when my daughter was in a car accident. Nick is wonderful and when the accident happened, he even offered to drive over to the accident scene to make sure my daughter was okay. more

10+ years of excellent customer service 5/6/2016

I've been pleased with the service Precision Frame & Body Shop provides and they've fixed my car very nicely after being in a few collisions. We go to their shop whenever we need them and they're close to our house, so it's very convenient. Their mechanics are professional and knowledgeable, they're also very trustworthy and we've developed a good relationship with them over the years. Their prices are fair and they're really nice people to work with. more

Very helpful and understanding 5/4/2016

What I really like about the guys over at Precision Frame & Body Shop is that they are very helpful and understanding. I am a student in college and they are very good about working with me and helping me out. One time they even stayed open late so I could drop my car off because it was doing some really weird things. They are very accommodating and their prices are really great. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! more

Quality work and very easy to deal with 5/3/2016

They got my car in immediately and finished it in two days. The job from Precision Frame & Body Shop was excellent and was done a lot quicker than they first said it would. They repaired a dent in the front fender of a 2014 Toyota Sequoia, and it was perfect. They repaired it like new and did it quickly--at half the price of the dealership. I can't ask for more than good work done quickly and affordably. more

Very talented and skilled. 4/13/2016

We have a lot of cars, both antique and classic and every now and then something will come up, not necessarily an accident but general things and they have always done a great job with those things for us. We have also had some body work done on some of them and the work just came out beautiful. They are just very complete and fast for what it is they are actually doing. We have been going there for probably 30-plus years and have never had a bad experience. more

Great work and service. 4/7/2016

I dealt with Nick, the owner and I actually have my second car with them right now. My first car, a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee was side swiped in a parking lot so I took it to Precision Frame & Body Shop and they did a great job on it, you can't tell it was hit at all. I like them so much I brought my other car into them so I would definitely recommend them. more

My experience was pleasant and professional 4/4/2016

Precision Frame & Body Shop has fixed my Prius on two separate occasions and both times they did a very excellent and efficient job. Their mechanics are skillful and helpful and I highly recommend Precision Frame & Body Shop! I would give them more than five stars if I could, they're very trustworthy and professional. more

Great work despite a setback. 3/31/2016

I would have given them 5 stars all around but they didn't tighten a bolt all the way on my vehicle when I got my car back. I brought it back and they fixed it but he was a little condescending over the phone with me saying it was already like that when I knew it wasn't. Other than that he was very nice they were apologetic and recognized their mistake. You can't tell the car was in an accident and it was a major one, they did body work and axle work. more

The first time I used them was last month but I heard a lot about them before from people that I trust, so I tried them and they did a great job. more

They work quickly and are easy to work with 3/3/2016

A banner fell on my car at a softball tournament and did some pretty serious damage to the bumper of my car. When dealing with the insurance company they recommended us to the guys over at Precision Frame & Body Shop, and I am really glad that they did. These guys were really easy to work with and made it really convenient and easy for my wife and I to deal with. When we dropped off the car, it only took them a couple days and when they gave the car back to us it looked like brand new. We are really happy with these guys and would definitely recommend them if you need any body work done! more

A Company That Goes Above and Beyond 2/29/2016

Precision Frame & Body Shop relieved me of anxiety; I needed a bumper to be replaced. They were clear about everything and demonstrated great follow through. The pricing is comparable. I was referred to them by a mechanic. Precision Frame & Body Shop provided me shuttle services so I can pick up and drop off my rental. I also had a water leak in my windshield wiper and they just fixed it for me no charge - this company goes above and beyond! more

Fast and friendly service 2/8/2016

I got into a small car accident and a friend referred me to Precision Frame & Body Shop. I needed a lot of work done because the entire right side of my car was smashed, so I called and let them know what happened and they told me to bring it in. The mechanics fixed the fender, door, and painted the entire side of my car and the colors matched perfectly. They did a wonderful job with my car and got it back to me fast, I really appreciated their follow through and their amazing customer service. I would recommend Precision Frame & Auto Body Shop because they are fast, efficient, and know what they're doing. You'll be in good hands if you take your car here. more

We had damage to the front of our vehicle and took our car to Precision Frame & Body Shop, they fixed it perfectly. Very friendly people and good service, they did a nice job for us and hopefully we never get into another wreck, but if we do, we'll be returning to Precision Frame & Body Shop. more

Skilled, Professional and On Time 12/10/2015

I brought my vehicle to Precision for a bumper replacement after a hit and run in a parking lot and to repaint several areas where the clear coat was peeling. Nick and his staff are friendly and professional. Nick communicated with my insurance company and work quickly began. I was unnecessarily concerned that the new paint would not match the original paint: The car looks fantastic! The car was finished and delivered on time as promised. Thank you! more
