I have two cars I've taken to Precision Frame & Body Shop over the past couple years: an older '99 Toyota Camry and a newer Chevy Malibu.
The first car we took in was the Camry because it needed new tires. Nick went above and beyond and got new tires for the car, paying for them upfront so I could just pay him directly when I picked up the car. He was so accommodating and flexible with this first service I called him again when I needed auto body work done on our Chevy Malibu.
Unfortunately, it was rear-ended pretty bad while the boys were on their way to school. The damage was so bad, one of them got whiplash! After Nick was done with the repairs, I couldn't even tell the car had been in an accident. He did a great job!
Nick is always flexible with us. I can tell he cares about us as customers and the cars themselves. Specifically speaking for our '99 Camry which is our beater car, he's been able to get parts and a paint job done all within our budget. Given that it's a low value car, we don't want to put that much money into it. Other shops we've been to don't want to be as accommodating, they've wanted unreasonable amounts of money to repair that car. Nick knows how to get those kinds of jobs done and that's why we'll keep on going back.
