Above and beyond my expectations 4/25/2011

Chris cleaned my carpet and he did a fantastic job. My carpet had a ton of stains all over it from my daughter eating and spilling drinks and he got every stain out of my carpet. My carpet looks brand new. Chris went above and beyond my expectations. It can be strange having a stranger in your house cleaning it but it was like inviting my best friend over. Chris was very personable and did a super job. The only down side to this is that one day after the cleaning I found out that I will be moving so now I hope Chris will come back out do my new house. Chris is the best and I would refer anyone to Precision Carpet. more

Never looked better! 4/22/2011

I just had my carpets and my sectional couch cleaned and it never looked better! Ross and Kozzi were professional and they did not try to up sell which was really great! I have been a customer for a few years and will continue to do so. more

Mike was not only professional and courteous but respectful of my home. Not only did his great service save me from having to buy new carpet(at least a $3000 saving) but made my kitchen and bath tile/grout look like new. I also got my sofas steam cleaned which I highly recommend it. It's great to know that the service is pet safe too.Though after Mike's visit you would never know I have a cat. Thank you for everything!!! more

Truly like new! 4/15/2011

Thanks Craig and Precision clean! I just got a comprehensive service in my home--all reasonably priced. Air ducts cleaned, all carpets and even the sofa and chair. The tech was professional and friendly. Really made me feel at ease and confident about the value of the work being done. Well worth the investment for homeowners. It seems like I'm in a brand new home. The only problem is Craig did such a great job I'm afraid to walk on my newly cleaned carpet. Craig assured me after a first vacuuming the carpet would have a "sheen" and I'm here to tell you my floors are glowing. It is just wonderful. Truly like new! Came the same day 4/5/2011

Ross and Paul came to our home today around 3:00 after we had called for service at 2. I couldn't believe they were able to come the same day! And so quickly! We have a HUGE living area with really light carpet and a 4 year old boy. Needless to say they had thier work cut out for them. After the pre-spray and "scrubber" my worst spots had dissappeared right before my eyes and they hadn't even steam cleaned yet! They were out within a hour at a very resasonable price! My carpet look as good as new! I am so happy and will be using their service again! more

I would like to take the time out to tell you about my great experience with Precision Carpet.First, I would like to tell you how professional Mike was to me. He was on time,well mannered,knowlegdable and hard working. I have two dogs and white carpet...I take pride in my house. I explained what I needed and my budget. Mike assured me that he could take care of my problems on budget and he did! It is so nice to see people who take pride in their work. I have worked with a another company for years with my rental properties and I told Mike because of his work and professional attitude I will now give my buisness to Precision Carpet. more

WONDERFUL! 3/28/2011

Craig and Nick arrived right on time at my house this morning and having someone show up on time these days is a joy in itself.  To add to that, they were very professional and friendly, explaining what they would be doing and why.  I have 2 children under 4 and a Lab, so to say our carpets were a mess is and understatement.  Craig and Nick worked in my limited budget and gave me the carpet of my dreams!  They were fast, accommodating, and all in all WONDERFUL!  I will, without question, not only use them again but also tell everyone I know to use them as well!!  THANK YOU GUYS!! more

Outstanding! 3/25/2011

I had my entire house cleaned Friday 12/31/10 by Nick and partner.  They did an outstanding job and stayed within my budget.  I was pleased with their professionalism and being prompt to the job.  I didn't have to wait to the end of my two hour window because they were right on time.  I will definetly use Nick again to clean my carpets.  Thanks again! more

Ken and Sarah arrived at my house before the appointment time.  They were both very knowledgeable and their professionalism was exemplified to where I was very comfortable with the recommendation of the treatment that I was going to need.  I was truly amazed with the performance in the product that they use.  It shows that the owner puts his emphasis in using the best products available and makes sure that his staff is trained to give us the best results.I will definitely be using Precision Carpet for future carpet cleaning needs and I will pass on the GREAT experience that I had with Ken and Sarah. very pleased with the results 3/14/2011

Josh showed up to my apartment, on time and ready to go.  He was friendly and courteous.  we discussed what I wanted done and I told him what my budget was.  He estimated the price and got it all done well within my budget.  I was very pleased with the results he got, and I had some (what I consider) really bad stains.  When it's time to do my couch and upholstery, I will absolutely call Precision Carpet and I will definitely request Josh! more

Honest value 3/11/2011

I picked Precision Clean from an ad in one of the magazines that just show up in your mail box.I should have such good luck with the lottery.Most of our carpet is about 8 years old, and a shade of white. The formal rooms have carpet that is 29 years old, and the same color.I had been pretty much keeping up with it using a home carpet cleaner, but we had some extra people in the house and it got away from me.Chris and Dan arrived exactly on time, and Dan went to work taking some waves out of the carpet in our family room. Chris priced the job (we had some stains) and then fired up the machine that's on the other side of the hoses and went to work in another part of the house.By the time they left, the carpet was close to dry, and it looked great. After it's first vacuum, it looked even better.I can recommend Precision as an honest value for quality (and I mean quality) work. more

Stain removers! 2/28/2011

These guys gave me great service. I had a rug that had a lot of animal messes on it that really needed work! They came and moved the furniture, took the rug away, cleaned it to within an inch of its life, brought it back, and put all the furniture back where it belonged. That rug is several shades lighter and no visible stains. It looks great! more
