Ken and Sarah arrived at my house before the appointment time. They were both very knowledgeable and their professionalism was exemplified to where I was very comfortable with the recommendation of the treatment that I was going to need. I was truly amazed with the performance in the product that they use. It shows that the owner puts his emphasis in using the best products available and makes sure that his staff is trained to give us the best results.I will definitely be using Precision Carpet for future carpet cleaning needs and I will pass on the GREAT experience that I had with Ken and Sarah. Thanks to you both for doing such a GREAT job with my carpets.
