They did a job at 211 E 75th Street and used the rear of my building as a holding ground for their bricks and sand. They were to use teh space for two days only and pay $100.00 to use the space and return it to its original conditional. They left the space a mess and left their product there for over a week and caused me to get a fine from teh City of Chicago for putting the sand and cement and etc in my garbage can. Now I can not reach them at all. The rear of my building has sand and brick debris all over the place. They are horrible contractors...... more

\r THEY DID ALL THE MASONRY WORK INCLUDING CUSTOM NEW WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE. IN ORDER TO MATCH BETTER TO THE REST OF BUILDING THEY GROUND OUT ALL OF THE OLD MORTAR, CLEANED THE BRICK AND TUCKPOINTED. WE ALSO NEEDED A CHIMNEY REBUILT AND PARAPETS REDONE WHICH THEY \r TOOK CARE OF. LUCAS HAS A GREAT COMPANY. THEY ARE EASY TO REACH. CREW DID A GREAT JOB AND WAS VERY CURTIEOUS. WE WANTED EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY FOR A FAIR PRICE AND WE GOT THAT FROM PRECIOUS ART MASONRY . WE WILL USE THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PROJECTS. lLUCAS AND HIS CREW WERE ON TIME. The experience with Precious Art Masonry was a very positive experience. First of all, the owner Lucas gets very involved in the projects. From the initial estimate to the completion, he was engaged in the process. When he came for the estimate, you could tell he knew he had plenty of experience. We received estimates from 5 different companies and some of them had no idea how to address the specific problems we were having in our building.\r The crew was on time. The former informed me about every step of they work. Precious art Masonry has changed 16 lintels on my building they took down the chimney and they rebuild with new bricks (they matched brick almost exactly to the old walls) and also rebuilt 5 rows of parapet wall.\r more

Precious Art Masonry did an outstanding job on our interior fireplace, they took down a fireplace and made it an outstanding piece of art, Lucas brought over multiple pictures of interior fireplaces and my wife and I were able to pick out a few pictures of what we wanted to do, Lucas made sure every step of the way we were happy and even told us what he was going to do and made awesome suggestion of what we should do to make it an outstanding work of art.
