I've had a pest problem for a few months now and since Noel and Roger have been servicing my acct this has diminished noticeably. It's always entertaining and informative when Noel is around, he is known as the Rat King in my neighborhood, at least at my house! more

Rodent Control 12/19/2012

The entire staff at Pratt Pest Management is very knowledgeable, and has great customer service. There work hard in identifying the problem areas that rodents where accessing and communicated with me in detail what they found and what would need to be done to fix it. more

Top Notch Customer Service 12/9/2012

Wow, what a great all around company. I experienced excellent customer service from the moment Jody answered the phone to when Victor arrived at our house to provide service. From my initial phone call I was treated with such respect and I felt like everyone really cared about our issue and wanted to help. You really listened to my concerns...not just tried to sell me a package. I had called several pest control companies before I called Pratt. After a few minutes on the phone with Jody I knew I was going to have Pratt help us with our carpenter ants. I was not disappointed at all when Victor arrived. He provided that same excellent customer service I had come to expect from working with Jody. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I understood what he was doing and why. Pratt will be the ONLY pest control company I will call for service in the future. When you call Pratt, it is like calling family! THANK YOU. I did not realize companies like yours still existed. more

Lawn and Bird Services 4/21/2012

My first experience withe Pratt Pest Management pertained to small birds that decided my attic was the best place to nest. I had Pratt fix the immediate threat, but did not follow their guidance on preventing them from returning...and they were right. I had them back the next year to do what they told me I should have done in the first place. As a result, I had them do a lawn treatment as well since it was a new service they provided. I didn't notice a significant change for a few weeks, but I think it was during the year where the grass wasn't growing. After a few weeks though...the change was SIGNIFICANT! Even the areas that were lightened by my German Shepard doing here business "greened up". The best thing is, it didn't seem to accelerate the growth to much like other systems...I don't feel like cutting my grass twice a week! Pratt is an excellent, honest and straight forward service provider. It seems hard to find that now days. For someone needing services in the area of pest management or lawn treatments...I don't think you could find a better vendor! more

They are an amazing company with a strong commitment to customer service and the resident experience. I am a landlord that used there services to help a tenant with an ant problem and they where helpful, efficient, quick to respond, and honest! You are making the right choice! Very happy with Pratt Pest Management! 12/20/2011

We had problems with ants and we started using Pratt Pest Management back in September. They've done wonderful as far as trying to figure out what the problem is and seeing what more they can do. Pratt Pest Management has very good customer service and is very knowledgeable. Their office staff is wonderful. Rocky, who always comes to our house, has been great! We are very happy with Pratt Pest Management. They have really stayed on top of it. We had silverfish as well but they have completely gone away! Efficient and knowledgeable 12/11/2011

It took a while to get a call back on the small winged insects we found. They were apparently carpet beetlea. We still have the problem, but dormant for winter? Pratt puts years of experance to work for you. 12/2/2011

The technicians must be trained as customer care specialists as I feel value added during my house inspection. Care is taken to not interrupt my day and peace of mind things are being done to the highest standards. The news letters also have helpful information. Excellent 11/29/2011

It's nice to see that there is a company out there who is able to financially afford to allow it's customers to make payments over a few months thereby alowing them to continue to receive service. Wow! Talk about a run-on sentence! Your always so polite & sweet & patient with us. We hope to be able to continue your reasonably affordable services....but we may be going down to one income soon...which may make that difficult. Thank you for all of your helpfulness & patience! more
