We are very pleased with Pratt Pest, and have recommended them highly to friends. This is our second home on the island, and we had them take care of our previous home. We were very pleased with them, so when we bought this one we had them come and go though it from attic to crawl space. We had them also perform their recommended corrective action. Where I was really impressed was that the home we live in now is 20 years old, and the day they went into the crawl space they carried out bags of debris from when the house was built. I have also called them about hearing a rodent and they immediately had somebody come out and address it.
