Powell's Service Inc. has great customer service. We have had them come out in the middle of the night to fix our furnace and not once did they act like we were being an inconvenience and they did not charge us an arm and a leg to come out and get our furnace working.
What I like best is they try to fix your furnace before telling you that you are in need of a new furnace.
I will be calling them once again soon to get our furnace fixed again.. I really think its time to get a new one, but they are costly and we dont have the money for a new one.
