My husband and I been going to the Postal Palace for about 2 years. We have always found the owner, Pierre, helpful in providing us with information and options so we can decide which services are most beneficial to us. While he does not have a cheerleader-type personality he's always provided us with good customer service.
The convenience in location is great. There's never a problem with parking, it's just off the freeway, and free of the congestion you find in the Northgate mall area.
The Postal Palace is efficient, convenient, and has helped cut my trips to the US Post Office to about once a year. Now that's a treat!
