I was impressed with this studio. I did have a bit of a wait at the beginning, but it was worth the wait. The photos were beautiful and the staff really worked to get my baby to smile. They took many more nice photos in a shorter amount of time than the other studio I've gone to in the past. I also appreciated the fact that they had enough staff working and multiple computer stations to choose the photos on so we were not all waiting for one computer to open up. My husband and I were very pleased with the photos. We will go back again. more

This was our third year taking our family here for photos. Each time we had a morning appointment, arrived on time... and every time we had to wait a minimum of 40 minutes. Since badly overbooking is obviously their policy, we will be taking our next 10 years of business someplace were they know what "appointment" means. more

I recently had my kids pictures taken there, but what a mistake! On the screens when we picked out the photos, we were so pleased. However, when we got home and looked at them we were so disappointed. Yeah, they were the same photos, but looked like poor picture quality. I spent over $300 for poor pictures. There appeared to be too much light shining on them. My daughters dress was white and blue, but when the pics were printed the dress looked almost white bc of the flash glare. They looked cheap w/ bad lighting. I called to speak w/ the manager and they said they would redue the shoot for free. No its not for free. Considering you have a scheduled appt, but are not taken back until nearly 2 hrs after that. Plus, I had over an hour drive there and my kids have alot of health issues. It is not for free considering all of the sacrifices being made! They should've offered me a reshoot plus a discount for all my effort. I showed my friends and family. They couldn't believe how pitiful the pics were. My kids looked like they were sick in the pics-pale & pasty due to bad lighting. If they do not make this right, they will lose my business for good and my families. We have all used them in the past, but will not after this if the situation is not fixed. I hope they make this right! This is a bad deal!! more
