NO WAY WOULD I EVER EAT HERE! 6/9/2011

I would give zero stars if I could. Even if the food was the best food ever made, which it's NOT EVEN CLOSE, I would never eat here. They are the rudest staff I have ever encountered! more

Best Pasta in Town 8/15/2008

This is the place to go if you want awesome fresh pasta for your homemade lasagna! I get all my noodles, cheese, and ricotta here and it's wonderful and makes a huge difference in the tast of my dishes. Their frozen foods are awesome and easy to pop in the oven. Wonderful sandwiches, too. Great people that are extremely helpful and nice. more

Could Have Been a Fluke... 7/12/2008

Two of my co-workers told me about the great food at Port City Pasta Co. and so, on a Saturday afternoon, my significant other and I stopped in to try and order lunch. I've got five words for you: Rude, Rude, Rude, Rude, Rude. Maybe we caught the guy on a bad day... maybe he was in a rush... but even if that was the case, isn't it better to be kind to potential customers? more

GREAT take home pastas and breads 7/27/2007

Port City Pasta is a great place on the main drag in Lake Oswego (near PetCo). Their homemade fresh pasta is amazing and we love their raviolis (we especially like the asparagus and the cheese). I have never tried their sauces since I make my own. The focaccia is incredible. I usually call ahead and reserve a round to make sure they have some left for me. They also have very high quality Italian meats and wines. Their sandwiches are very tasty at lunch, but there is not much room to eat so I take them to-go. We are moving to the West Hills but I am sure that we will make our way back down here often for their great pasta. Grazie Port City Pasta! Pros: Pasta, breads, sandwiches, nice people more

Nothing planned for dinner? Go to Port City for pasta dinners, but go early 3/20/2007

Great to take home fresh pasta: raviolis, spinach spagetti, liguini..etc, that are made daily. They also have packaged sauces to accompany them. Your choices of pasta are slim, especially raviolis, if you go late in the afternoon since they make them daily when they run out...they are out. I also use Port City Pasta for foccacia sandwiches for parties - they have been crowd pleasers. They come in handy for showers, birthday parties and office lunches. I also love their fig and olive tapenade. more

Interesting but mixed 3/20/2004

Foccacia is really, really good! I'd like to try a sandwich here sometime. Got several freezer-takehomes: roasted chicken breast in a decent marinara sauce, none too plentiful , two small half pieces for $12.95. competent, not outstanding. A bad of smoked salmon ravioli, more interesting, nice pasta, with a good but curiously grainy lemoncream sauce serving two generously as an entree about $18. Dried tomato/goat cheese spread: Interesting flavor on bread or crackers, but lacking zest. Imported lady fingers and amaretti: predicatably dry and stale. Still would like to try the tiramisu, the reason I drove over there, having been advised what day to come, only to find out they were not making it that day. Pros: BREAD, 4 takeout: good +, friendly more
