Went here for our anniversary and it was such a enjoyable experience. Food was excellent and the service was excellent! I loved the chicken scallopine.

To The review who said Popolanos is not good for large groups, you failed to mention you were 1 hour and 15 min late for your reservation. When you booked the party room we informed you there was a time limit on the room due to the fact that a party was booked there at 6pm. You made your reservation for 2:30. But when you showed up close to 4pm we informed you that the room had to be vacated by 5:30 due to the other party. You appologized for being so late and said it wouldnt be a problem. We actually love large groups but if you make a reservation you must be respectful of the restaurant and the other diners when you cant make your selected time. more

Not a good place for a large group 5/18/2010

We made reservations far in advance and were a little late due to a graduation. We were never told table would only be held for 15 min. They did hold if but pressured family that was there, they would cancel if rest of party didn't show up soon. Then after dinner mgr. came in and told us to finish up in15 min. because they had another party to set up for. This is after we had already spent $600. He said it very rudely. more

Good food and good service 4/9/2006

Popolano's restaurant in located in the downstairs of an old home that is turned into a restaurant. The food is fabulous and they have a huge variety of food as well as a full bar. The pasta's are the best I believe. They usually have a wait on the weekends, so you if you really want to enjoy your visit, I would go on a weekday so that you can take time to choose your entrée and enjoy your food. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you in any way needed. They also have a catering business in which they will cater their food outside of the restaurant! more
