The service is very slow and they never get your order correct. They seem overwhelmed and don't care. They never apologize when they give you the wrong order and going to management for help only results in the option of getting a refund or waiting for them to cook your order (of course the manager never apologizes). The food is good and it is located very conveniently close to my work so this is why I have gone back but after 12 visits, with 7 of those involving my order being screwed up and my having to go back or at least handing the box back to them, it is no longer worth it.
