Hello Poolside customers: I am very sorry I had to leave and that you are not getting the service that you deserve. I miss you guys very much and wish I could help. I have applied for employment at another local swimming pool and spa retailer, hopefully I will be able to assist you again. Robin and Kathy are knowledgeable , but your right, not customer friendly. more

Do not use this company. They are rude (josh - president, and Cathy - manager Durham). They have no idea of customer service and also refuse to take back and refund faulty equipment (that they installed!) because I did not have the huge box it came in! Beware!! more

Great Service 11/21/2011

I've been going to poolside for 2.5 years. They have always been helpful with all of my questions and with explaining their products and recommendations. They have opened and closed my pool for the last two years and have been on time and knowledgeable. Given their seasonable business, they are definitely busier over the summer and I've had to wait at times. But, they recognize that, and most customers understand and are patient. more

Poor Service 5/9/2009

I have had an open repair issue for 3 months and the spa is still not repaired. Weeks pass without returning phone calls. Wrong parts get ordered. Service person not qualified. I finally had enough and took my business elsewhere. Cons: Poor Customer Service and Repair Service more
