We were regular monthly maintenance customers of this horrible establishment. They couldn't do their job, each week there was one problem after another, (forgetting to add water to the hot tub, turning it down to 89 degrees, forgetting to put the lid back on) and their service manager didn't do anything to change the situation. All he could say is ""wow, we never had any complaints from anyone else."" Everytime there was a problem it wasn't addressed. All they could repeat was ""wow, and he's one of our best guys."" There is no manager managing these service guys...they are left to fend and learn at the customer's expense. For nearly $500 a month you can find better service anywhere else!
