Pool Doctor

Rick Moore and his wife Donna are the most fraudulent people I've ever done business with. I was cheated out of thousands of dollars when booking their magic show. Whether you are doing Pool Doctor business or a Magic show, the bottom line is there is no integrity with this couple. They will lie to you until they can lie no more and then they stop returning phone calls. Review after review on sites and sites like Citysearch all tell the same story of couple of PROFESSIONAL LIARS! I only wish everyone would read these and find these....because Rick & Donna Moore do not deserve to be in business, a jail cell is more appropiate for these two Hendersonville criminals. Rick Moore (the pool doctor) installed pool in 2008 and removed old pool. after installation the liner was wrinkled and had installers footprints all around the bottom and the walls were leaning. Rick would not return to discuss this with us. He sent the 2 installers and they admitted the problems and were to return in 2 weeks to repair, but have yet to come, (its April 2009). I called several times, but he would not return my call or someone would take the message and no return call. I filed complaint with TN state consumer affairs and Rick Moore would not discuss with them. They gave excuses that were not even related to my situation. He even involved his wife, which had told me at one point she knew nothing about the pool problems. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE POOL DOCTOR aka Rick Moore.
