I asked if a jeweler was on site and could size a ring in front of me. For one, the ring is very thin and would take a matter of minutes to no more than an hour. The diamond is 60 years old, so there is no inscription on the diamond. Yes, I want to make sure I get my exact ring back and as a customer, I have that right! If I desire to have it sized in front of me, as a store trying to keep your business afloat, I suggest sticking to the motto of making a customer happy.
Roselynn, I believe was your name, answered the phone at 6:10pm, Mount Pleasant store, on Feb. 11th, was extremely rude. She told me how the jeweler rotates, and will not size in front of me, due to their rotations and the next one being in March. I replied with, I guess there is no way for me to insure I get my exact ring back. Her reply was, ?EXCUSE ME.?? I have never been talked to like that before from a person on the other end who should want my business. How dare you raise your voice to me!! There should be no shock value to a question as I purposed. It happens and as a business you should try to comfort me, instead of practically yelling at me with this tone of ?how dare I?.. Well how dare you! No wonder why you are always running ads with sale items. Your business must be lacking and I can see why.
I will go elsewhere. There will be some place, which will have a jeweler size my ring in front of me. It is very important to me, as it was my grandma?s and it will come back to me intact, in front of my eyes! The business that reacts better will have my money for all future purchases. I spend well, but you will never know Polly?s Jewelry.
You would have gotten a zero rating, if it allowed.
