Pollo Fuego's Peruvian Charcoal Chicken is delicious! It is moist, has a crisp skin from being roasted on a spit, is flavored perfectly with their blend of spices and it is also affordable. When the fried plantains are ripe, they are also very good. My family and I have been eating this chicken for about three months now. We get it sometimes weekly, or at least once every two weeks. We all love it! The only negative I would have is, one time I had to wait over an hour to get it. But that shows how good it is, because about 10 other customers and myself, were willing to wait. The manager let everyone get a free drink and a dessert, if they wanted, for waiting so long. Although some of the staff do not speak English very well, they have always been polite and helpful. So if you get a chance to try this food, do it!
