As someone that runs their own business, I can say that I would love to have an employee like Monica working for me. They are an A+ organization! more

easily the nicest laundromat around 7/17/2009

it is really nice in this place, they have nice furinture and free wifi. It is geared to MSU students to chill while you wait for the laundry to get done. Not like other dirty laundromats I am used to. it is a good place. They close around 10 though. Pros: new, very clean in every way, wifi Cons: hard to find more

Clean, comfortable, free WIFI 5/1/2009

One of the better laundromats I have ever been to. If i drop my clothes when folding I feel like they are still clean. I like the free WIFI and they have comfortable furniture and overall feel. There is always someone working there and I like that. Sunday afternoon/evening can be a little busy, other days are never a problem. more

High-end feel, same price as anywhere else, Free wifi 10/29/2008

Point Laundry is more pleasant than any laundromat I ever have been too. I like the free wifi, nice tables and living room style chairs (not hard plastic ones all connected in a line). The prices are the same as any other place nearby, dryers give you 8 min. for $0.25. My clothes are usually dry in 32 min. or less. (at my apt. it is like 1 hour or more). They try and make it like a coffee shop atmosphere sort of. Pros: newer machines Cons: busy sunday afternoons more

Ruined expensive pair of pants. Never reimbursed nor try to solve the issue given 6 months of time. 10/17/2008

They ruined an expensive pair of business pants, admitted their cause but never offered any kind of reimbursement (not even the costs for the dry cleaning or what ever they actual did with it). The staff is not authorized to make any decisions and the owner does not deal with the problem. In addition many of their machines, for example the smaller loads do a very bad cleaning job. After using this place for years I will now look for a better alternative. Pros: Safe place to leave your laundry unattended while running errands. Clean. Cons: Expensive. Poor machine performance and bad management. more

Point Laundry is one of the most state of the ark Laudries I've been to. It is always clean, with many machines and tables and chairs to relax or read while waiting for the laundry to be done. more

Clean place, Nice people 10/30/2006

This place is very clean, the attendants are nice and helpfull. I think it is a new place b/c the machines all look new. It is sort of hard to see from grand river, it is behind the hollywood video. They have tables to study, I actually like going to do my laundry there. Pros: new machines, good dryers, clean folding tables and floor. Cons: hard to see from road, last wash 10 pm more

Point Laundry in East Lansing is the nicest laundromat I have ever been to. I have machines at my apt. building and go there instead b/c it saves me time, it's clean, new and they have a lot of machines, big and small. Bring cash, you don't even need quarters. Pros: Clean, new more

Point Laundry on E. Grand River in E. Lansing in super clean, new equipment and just very nice in every way. It is not like a normal laundry, when I drop something on the floor I don't even care, the floor is that clean. The attentants that work there are nice and friendly, and I can plug in my laptop to the internet for free and email while I wait. They play movies in front and if you want quiet to read there are tables in back. I would drive across town to come here. Pros: very clean, great dryers, all new machines more
