I went to Poffie Girls to try on wedding gowns and had a great experience, and I think it was MAINLY due to the fact that I went on a weeknight (they are open late on Thursdays), in the early evening (around dinner time) so there were hardly any other people there. I think if I were to have gone during a weekend, the experience probably would have been a lot different (but that's true with any bridal shop, they tend to be very busy on weekends). My consultant was Diane and she was extremely helpful. She let me try on a large number of dresses, and even let me go into the 'employees only' back room so I could look through the racks myself and pick out the dresses I wanted to try on (from what I understand, they usually dont let you do that, they ask you what you're looking for and then THEY go pick out gowns for you to try on, then bring them out to you). I'm sure this is because they weren't too busy when I was there, but regardless, it was very nice to be able to look myself. The only thing I sort of didnt like was that you can only take pictures of 3 dresses, so you have to pick carefully. But, that's better than not being able to take pictures at all (which is the policy of some stores). Overall, I'd definitely recommend Poffie Girls, but like I said, don't go on the weekend, I dont think you would get as much individual attention, simply because they are very busy.
Pros: Large selection, store is decorated really nicely
Cons: They usually don't let you go through the gowns
