Podloski, Anthony, Od - Summerlin Vision Ctr

I have been seeing mixed reviews online about the Vision Centers, but I gave them a shot anyway. I had a good experience. They were very busy but still took ample time with me during and after my exam. I picked out glasses and will get them next wee. more

I just went to the vision centers to get an exam and look into trying contact lenses. I have been a glasses wearer for a long time and have always been nervous and hesitant to try contacts until now. The doctor was able to address all of my concerns and questions and had me test out a few different kinds until we found a pair that was comfortable for me. more

I just had an appointment with the female doctor at this location, I can't remember her name but she was great! She listened to me and addressed my questions head on. She really took time with me and wasn't rushing in and out to hurry up to the next patient, which I really appreciated. more

I love going to the vision centers. The doctors are great but the selection of glasses is what keeps me coming back. I buy all of my glasses and sunglasses from them. They have designers and styles you can't find anywhere else in town. If you are looking for a stylish pair of glasses I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

I have been going here for awhile and always thought they were good. My most recent experience here has made them great in my opinion. I needed to get new glasses. I fell in love with one pair and had to have them. They said it would be a few weeks before I would be able to pick them up. I was going to an event a week and a half later and really wanted to wear my new glasses. The staff said they would see what they could do get my glasses to be as quickly as possible. They made me the happiest customer when they called to tell me I could come pick them up the day before my event. I am so grateful to them! more

I have been going to see Dr. Podloski for many years. He has always taken great care of my family. He is always professional and caring. I wouldn't trust another Doctor in town with my eyes. more

It seems a bit like these other reviews are a bit suspect. If you check out Yelp, those review are much more in line with what I have experienced with Summerlin Vision Center. I started going to SVC in 1999 and I stayed, even though they are ridiculously overpriced, because I liked Dr. F. When he passed in 2001, things went seriously downhill. I went to SVC last week to pick up a prescription for contacts and waited 45 minutes, even though there were 5 girls working the front desk. No one had checked the board and I waited for 20 minutes before getting up and staying something, then they told me to sign in AGAIN. To top that off, the female doctor who I have gone to the last two years continually pushes her business cards at me at the end of each appointment, and when I got to pick up my contacts, I get the hard sell to buy contacts at 200% markup. I will not be going back to SVC, and I am truly saddened as it used to be a great office with a caring SMALL staff. more

I felt like I'd been screwed over every time I went to my optometrist so I decided to make a change. I was looking for a straightforward eye exam without the hard up sell, and Dr. Chiodo and Dr.Podloski at The Vision Centers were great. I was referred by a friend and I can honestly say It was the best decision we could've made. Friendly, professional, and hip! No waiting and most importantly no hard selling. I actually walked away spending half of what I would have normally spent at my old Optometrists. I would highly recommend The Vision Centers for great eye care! more
