I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mathew Naegle. His expertise saved me from life in a wheelchair and constant pain. I really don't care if the front office is rude or uncooperative, because they're not responsible for my medical care. Dr. Naegle is my Rheumatologist and the Doctor I see frequently. I have Dr. Jacqueline DiBlasio as a primary. She is a skilled, dedicated physician but can be moody and tempermental. That said, she has always done right by me. more

I agree with Megan below. My doctor, Doctor Stepansky, is wonderful but the office staff is nasty. Someone called to provide me with results of lab tests, and when I asked some questions she got very defensive and gave me an attitude. I was polite and had legitimate questions. In addition, I am not comfortable with her response to my questions, so I am going to call to ask to have my doctor himself contact me. more

Great doctors... horrible front office. I haven't had one pleasant experience yet. Not to mention, getting them to send a referral to the correct specialist is always a nightmare. There's always an issue, and they'll place the blame on the patient every time, even when THEY enter an incorrect provider number.\r \r If you have the choice, go elsewhere. more

My doctor is a peach, his nursing staff are aces. The front staff can be stiff. Recently I was helped with some testing - the women obtained a pre-cert for me. I was happy to not have to worry about billing and could focus on my medical problem. It would be a good idea for some customer service training. Most times the staff are good, they just need a little help. more

Worst Staff You Could Imagine 11/10/2009

They act like they hate their jobs and they don't mind taking it out on patients. They know patients are forced to put up with them if you want to see a doctor, so they have no qualms about showing immaturity, unprofessionalism and just plain nastiness. If you are healthy and only need annual or occasional checkups, you can probably overlook them, but if you need to see a doctor regularly, try to find a place where you will be treated with respect. Their behavior is inexcuseable. Pros: Excellent Doctors Cons: Staff is rude and miserable. more

Great Doctors. Caring, understanding and not in a hurry. My recomendations are Dr. Reiss, Dr. Ngyun and Dr. Brown. All have been very helpful to myself and my family. Pros: Great Care Cons: Office staff more
