Worst

I called the plumber for a stopped up drain. The plumber spent a lot of time on this issue, that perhaps drain removal could have resolved. It was very costly to from me!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! 7/21/2011

Nice selection/showroom (gave one star for this), very high prices, extremely poor sales team and service, failed to deliver products when contracted to do so.\r \r Twice we have ordered products from this store and both times they failed to arrive by the contracted delivery date, which delayed our remodeling projects. However, we were never given the courtesy of a call to advise us that there was going to be a delay on delivery. Rather, when the product failed to arrive, we had to call the store, listen to them make an array of excuses, then wait for them to finally do their job and deliver LATE!\r \r This lack of basic customer service ended up costing us a significant amount of money on both occasions not only because it literally halted both of our remodeling projects, but also delayed our contractors from completing their job, which added additional hours/days/wages to our final completion price.\r \r After speaking to several people in the trade (contractors, designers, etc.) we learne more

Not Satisfied 12/2/2009

I will NEVER return to Plumbing N' Things for any of my Plumbing Needs. After my contractor ordered over $2,000 of bathroom fixtures I found I could get the same items 40% off at Pacific Sales. I went into the store, spoke with the Manager and asked for a price adjustment on the items I had purchased within the past month and he said that is not what he does. No price adjustment for items that I could have purchased at Pacific Sales, I had even brough in a quote that itemized every item showing a $400.00 savings. I was told going forward they would try to make it right..Make it right now and credit my account,. You can get better prices at other stores, TUBz in Hayward, Pacific Sales Redwood City. You don'g need a Contractor to get the lowest prices shop elsewhere. more

Service 2/11/2008

Plumbing n' Things has many nice items in the showroom. If you have a problem with something you bought, don't attempt to contact the salesperson - you won't like the service. Finally, I spoke to the store manager and my problem was solved in a matter of minutes! more

Got great sinks 9/26/2007

We wanted high end Kohler sinks and Plumbing N Things gave us a good discount and delivered to their promises. They were one of the few places that could order what we wanted and still they did not overcharge. more

BEWARE 4/3/2007

BEWARE...I ordered many items. I spent well over $4000.00 at this crappy place. They said it will be in at a certain date...did not happen...I called on many occasion with no return calls. You would do better to buy online at Kitchen and Pantry...as they are FAST RELIABLE and CHEAPER. \r \r Plumbing and Things has poor public relations the staff suck. even with all this grief and delays Plumbing and Things wouldn't even give a discount since they casued my delay and cost me more money with my contractor. DON'T BUY FROM HERE>>>TRUST ME YOU WILL BE SORRY more

Beautiful showroom 5/8/2006

This is a wonderful store with lots of high end bath and kitchen items. Many contractors use them and they send their clients in to choose what they want. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and nice to deal with. more
