The complex / management don't care about the tenants only the money...from beginning to end. There's a new property manager every year. The buildings look nice from outside but that about it. There is no insulation what so ever. You can feel and hear the wind blowing through the windows. The master bedroom was about 10 degrees colder than the other rooms. The heat and air conditioner runs constantly leading to higher utility bills they you would expect. My experience, especially in the end was truly disappointing and upsetting....it's all about the money. more

the place is absolutely beautiful from the looks of it. that's where they get you. once you move in, things just spiral downward. bug infestations, appliances that are outdated & don't work properly, a HUGE problem with frogs infestation from the ponds that surround it. ponds have some kind of weird chemical in it that mutates all the wildlife. dead frogs everywhere with three eyes, ducks missing half their faces, it's a nightmare! hugs problem with millipedes, and ants. the on site personal are never there. also there is dog feces everywhere you walk. no one has the decency to clean up after themselves. they let anyone live there. the speed limit is 10 mph, no one follows it. be careful if you have small children. they will get hit by a car going 40 mph on average. late night parties from the white trash that moves in every 2 months. messy neighbors with cigarette butts, old cars, gasoline spills and any other mess imaginable. this place was a nightmare for our child. she couldn't even go outside without some pervert following her. the amount of sexual predators in the community is astounding. this place is pretty on the outside, but a true nightmare come true. if you have children STAY far, far, far away!!! more
