I went for a cleaning. Dr. Meena spent 5 minutes in my mouth. I was a new patient yet was never asked how I take care of my teeth, not given xrays or asked for them, implied that I have gum disease and need scaling ($500). She sold me a mouthwash for problems I don't have for $20. I filed a grievance with Fallon. I went back today to return the mouthwash and the office was locked - no one answers the phone even though I went during her listed hours. She is a con artist. \r more

I have been going to Dr Meena for three years . I go for cleanings , fillings , extractions , and the latest visit was for crowns . It is in and out service which Is convenient . I never felt pressured to get the work that I need done , but it is always suggested . The work that she has done for me has been really good everytime . Painless , fast and always curtious during procedures which makes me feel even more comfortable everytime . more

The five stars are for the cleaning by the dental hygienist. She was phenomenal! I haven't been to a dentist in years and figured the cleaning would hurt like hell. But somehow she managed to do the cleaning without hurting me AT ALL. In addition to being skillful and kind, she was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions.. Seriously, after putting it off for the last couple of years out of fear, I can't believe how completely painless the cleaning was. more

Terrible service and manner. Office and 5/30/2012

Terrible service and manner. Office and supplies are filthy. Fillings and crowns have fallen out of my mouth hours and days after her work was done. Staff are all dishonest and there have been infractions on my billing statements Work is not up to par. Have suuffered terrible pain without any medication. Work has to be redone at thousands of additional dollars. Crowns do not fit properly. Have suffered real pain and discomfort. Tools were dropped on the floor and reused. I would not recomend have any work done. Since my last encounter at Dr. Meenas office has resulted in me seeking an attorney. more

This office is a HORROR SHOW!!! Filthy, 5/29/2012

This office is a HORROR SHOW!!! Filthy, Unclean and what appeared to be unsanitary tools and conditions. Dental work was done inccorrectly resulting in addiotional operations When her staff was made aware of the complaints they shut the office doors and loked the patients out until the police were involved . This dentist provides no pain medication instead referering you to the emergency room or your primary care doctor for releif. Refuses to evaluate work that was done incorrectly. Crown work needs to be replaced. My new dentist is a hundred times better at DTC. I wouldn't have any work done at this office. Am currenlty seeking damages through the courts. more

Referring all my friends 10/16/2010

I really like Dr. Meena's office. Though I have needed only cleanings and some fillings, I have had a very smooth experience. I was worried when I had to change my previous dentist. But now I don't worry about my visits at all and am happily referring all my friends. more

Have Been Searching For Her the Last 18 Months 9/16/2010

Our family knows her from the previous place where she worked. I really did not want to go back to that office when we learned that she had left the office and started her own practice. We have been searching for her the last 18 months. Both my husband and I are so glad that we finally found her. Dr. Meena is a wonderful person - she makes us feel very comfortable. She is always smiling, takes care to explain all the procedures. My husband is full of praises for her. Her office also has a very friendly and helpful staff. more

Excellent Doctor and Staff 8/26/2010

I have had a lot of dental work done here at Pleasant Street Dental. The doctor and staff are always friendly and accommodating. They make me feel really comfortable. They fit me in right away for any emergencies I have had and I really appreciate that. more
