Charlie and the the gang at Pleasant Car Care are true professionals. They get the job done and done right once. I plan to take all my cars there in the future.

Friendly and polite service. I left my car at the shop and they called me with the diagnosis very quickly. Car was ready the next day and has been working fine so far. more

George and Charlie at Pleasant Car Care are exactly the kind of people I've been looking for to take care of my car. They are honest, friendly, and have great integrity. Very rare combination these days. I would highly recommend these guys and plan to return for any car repairs I need in the future. more

Good communications and customer service. I feel like they try to save me money on repairs without compromising the condition and safety of my car. They tell me which repairs are crucial and which can wait. more

A wonderful surprise so close to home 10/15/2013

I'd been referred to Pleasant Car Care after receiving service from a wonderfully honest auto body repair man, after a woman ran into my car. As I'd coincidentally developed a brake problem, I asked him for a recommendation to an equally good and honest repair shop, and he directed me to Pleasant Car Care, which completely upheld my expectations for Service Quality and Price. After losing my amazing mechanic of 25 years to Retirement, I'm pleased to think that I may have just found his replacement! more

Took A Chance and Was Very Happy 10/7/2013

I usually take my car to a family friend who takes care of me but this time I needed an oil change really bad and the guys at Pleasant Car Care were really nice. In fact, they noticed my car needed a transmission flush and a new serpentine belt and they took care of me with the repairs and parts pricing. It was reasonable and professional. Thanks guys. more

My dealership quoted me a ton of unnecessary work, but Charlie was honest and didn't try to scam me. Charlie repaired my car in a quick manner and got me back on the road. Thank you Charlie! more

I really enjoy my experiences there. The staff is very professional, amiable, and honest. I really appreciate the way they take the time to give you detail synopsis of issues with the car and provide you with options on how you want to proceed. I like the guys and the way they do business. I am going to be a customer for a very long time, I recommend them to friends and one of my friends was very satisfied with the service she received. more

Very friendly staff. Not only getting oil change, they also do extra work (it's free!), for example: carefully check tire pressure, various fluid levels, etc. more
