Fast, thorough, and excellent service 1/23/2014

I was out shopping when my engine light lit up, and drove directly to Pleasant Car Care where I made an appointment to return in an hour for a diagnosis. Upon my return, I was taken to my car and given a thorough explanation for the warning light, and a very accurate estimate of repair time and cost. Less than three hours later, my car was back on the road without a skip in my schedule. I'm continually impressed by the level of honesty and professionalism that we receive regardless of the situation, and feel confident that we now have a mechanic that we can truly rely on. more

Found this place on my repair pal.com Subaru friendly. Great customer service, showed me what was wrong with parts under car and fix only what was broken and save the rest without replacing. Fast and affordable work job very well done. Very pleased with the work and staff. more

Fast and Courteous 1/12/2014

What started as an "easy do it yourself headlight bulb replacement" quickly turned in to a "time for help" when the assembly dropped to the undercarriage, I brought the car in to Pleasant. Just a short wait with a cup of coffee and I was on my way. more

Saved by Pleasant! 1/5/2014

My car battery died on this last snow storm day ... freezing cold temperatures, digging my car out for hours ... I called George and asked if there was any at I could come in on this crazy busy day for their garage to get a new battery ... And he said, YES of course! I was in and out of there in less than a half hour AND I got a warm place to sit and thaw while they saved my day! My deepest and warmest gratitude to all of you at Pleasant Auto!!!! more

Not only did they do a great job fixing my car's 2 problems, they explained what needed to be done and why, gave me options, and charged a very fair price. Quick and cosummate professions 11/11/2013

Charlie called me into the garage and pointed out two problems. One he recommended fixing and the other to keep an eye on. They began work shortly after I arrived and finished quickly. They did not try to sell me more than I needed more
