Place is filthy. Owner is demeaning to his employees and customers at the same time. Incredibly uncomfortable experience. After reading countless reviews on various review sites like Yelp and Google, I started to notice duplicate positive reviews, which is fishy in itself because who copy and pastes their positive review on various sites? I feel like its a failed public relations attempt on the owner's part. In general, this is not the place to do business. I sat in the store for one hour and observed customers, employees and the owner. The only reason I didn't leave sooner is because I felt so uncomfortable begging to be buzzed out. foolish. more

Excellent prices 4/28/2011

The selection is the largest in the world. The prices are excellent. The place especially when crowed is a little small. The items are not the that organized. The experts are sometimes busy, but when available will answer any questions you will have. They do go out of their way to try to make you happy. more

I was recommended to go there by a watch collector friend. They have the largest selection of watches I have ever seen! They say over 25,000!!!Anyhow, I bought a Gold Rolex for less than half the normal retail, and also bought a Rookie Mickey Mantel card for less than $15,000.00!! Both came with certificates, appraisals and guarantees. They say they have over one million cards and over 5,000 signed baseballs!!A great place just to visit!! more

Plaza sells a really nice line of timepieces. Many have a smooth sleek look to them and are quite elegant in an understated way. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. more

These guys have the greatest collection since and autographs signed by famous celebrities. i loved watching all the collection there free of cost which i could not have imagine of, huge collection of watches could not made myself to stop buying one.Great doing business with these guys. more

Highend. Upscale. Classy. We shopped for watches (and bought one) - the lady who helped us knew a lot about watches, was flexible and straight-forward with pricing (no games), and patient. I'd go back to her again for my next purchase. more

Huge collection of watches 3/15/2011

Brand new watches of many brands like Rolex, Audemar piguet, IWC and many other watches for best price. And there is free appraisal certificate with it. The appraisal certificate has high insurance value for the watches which is very good. Huge collection of watches in the store. Watches with diamonds, gold, steel, platinum, tantalium etc. pretty good place to buy watches in Manhattan. more

I brought my Rolex Sport Model in for a possible estimate and Appraisal. The owner gave me enough information on watch and made me, what I thought was a very fair cash offer. It was almost double which somebody has told me. They paid me right on the spot with no commissions, no fee and no waiving. That was very satisfied. more

I looked around for about 1 hour. I came back the next day and bought a Breitling and a Patek Phillipe watch. The price I figured was about half the retail price which was really fair. While I was there, the place was really busy, they were buying and selling everything! The purchased an Andy Warhol painting and a signed Babe Ruth baseball. They also sold and Abraham Lincoln letter and appraised a collection of original World Series rings! One of the other clients was saying he was there when James Bond (Daniel Craig) bought a couple of watches there a few weeks ago!! more

Very Knowledgeable and Good Service 3/1/2011

The largest selection of watches I have seen! They were appraising the ORIGINAL James Bond Rolex Submariner that Roger Moore in the Movie wore! It appraised for over one million dollars!  Anyhow I bought a similar one, same vintage same style for a super low price!! Very knowledgeable and good service.Would recommend! more

HE gave me he best price possible and a free appraisal of high value for the insurance purposes . i just took walked in ot the store and he showed me the best watches to me and i could not resist myself buying a Rolex submariner. I like the customers are treated . there is no obligation to buy something when u go there. i like it personally. more

Very good collection of watches, jewelry, collectible items. it was a surprise to visit the store and get to see unexpected items. It was pleasure to do the business with them. They have very good experience in watches, jewelry and other collectible stuff. I bought a patek Philippe watch from them of 18k yellow gold which suited my budget. Most of the famous watches have around 50% off and free appraisal for insurance purposes. Pleasant staff to deal with. They made feel comfortable to me. more
