About six months ago, my husband and I were almost stranded in Brooklyn with our children, due to fuel pump failure on our 2003 Honda Accord. My husband called several automotive mechanics, including dealership service departments in the area and treated terrible. Finally, he called Plaza Honda and to our surprise, the service manager worked us in immediately. We could not have asked for more consumer-oriented, kind, courteous, and prompt service! Our vehicle was towed to Plaza Honda’s service department that morning, and it was ready for us when we were scheduled to leave town that same afternoon. My only regret is that I do not recall the service representative's name to thank in this note. My husband and I appreciated the service-oriented, helpful attitude at Plaza Honda and we opened a Plaza Auto Mall credit card for future maintenance and purchases we made need in the future.
