My 2.5 year old loves it here. There are many tunnels and net things to play in. It like a Mc Donald’s play area times 4! Germs always make me nervous here, but they seem to ke...

Worst

Poor customer service. They shove 15 kids in a room the size of a closet and tell parents they can't go in. Obvious fire hazard.

Playworld was fun for the kids.... except for the fact that there is NO on site supervision. Not one employee by any of the inflatables, or climbing structures. My kids are 3,5&6 they all fit the little kids category, and when they were playing on the inflatable slide, i had to get them out of there multiple times because it was over crowded with several kids that were ""over the height requirements"" these kids were climbing on the wall of the inflatables& jumping off into a crowd of small kids, diving on top of them. There's a ""limit"" of 4 kids at a time, but there's nobody supervising to insure safety. Even after mulitiple complaints to the staff about many kids being hurt on the inflatables, they sent 1 man to this slide, and he did make kids follow the feet first rule for a while, but still did not in force the limit of 4 kids at a time. There were several parents who didn't care what their kids were doing, as it seemed they were there to have a hangout session. These kids were bullying, and after the many parents i talked to had also made complaints, you would think that these familys would be asked to leave.playworld should be called bullyworld. I firmly believe that they should have more employees on staff to make sure everyone has a safe visit . Last complaint, there was hair in the cake purchased at playworld. We visited playworld just this past Saturday for a birthday party, I will not be bringing my kids back. Overall we were highly unhappy with our visit, playworld should get it's act together, they would have a more successful business if they had sufficient supervision& knew when to start limiting the amount of people allowed in. The over crowed circumstances made it frustrating even for the young employees. .... Like a restaurant, when it's full, it's full. Save your $$ visit McDonald's play place! more

We took my son here for his 3rd birthday and were incredibly disappointed. The first 3 arcade games we tried didn't work and we had to get employee help. One employee actually said, 'oh, they're always like this'. We tried more games and at least 3 more didn't work and 2 never worked at all the entire time we were there. Dust and cobwebs covered the games and equipment. Between and beside the games dirt had accumulated to an embarrassing point. It wasn't a matter that it hadn't been cleaned in a week...it was a matter that it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS. \r At both ball pits there was a 1.5 foot drop from the end of the slide to the balls. In the toddler ball pint there were only about a dozen balls; it hadn't been filled in an incredibly long time. The older child ball pit also was extremely low on balls. Both ball pits also had foreign objects in with the balls including socks and loose change. Many of the balls in the older ball pit had been crushed and broken. The fancy ball cleaner was covered in dust and it was obvious that the last time it was used was sometime last decade.\r Convenient lockers for stowing camera cases, purses, and diaper bags were unavailable, not because they were inaccessible, but because the keys for every single 30+ locker had been lost or misplaced.\r There were large gaps between the inflatables and the fences, making it unsafe for young children to use the large slide inflatables. The floor was old, dusty, and had no padding. There were long drops from the large 12 ft slides and the slides are extremely fast. The drop to the floor really hurts.\r Lights were out over the toddler play area, making it hard to see what my toddler was doing and what he was potentially putting into his mouth. The large red cars in the toddler area were missing steering wheel--an integral part to the function of the car.\r Security seemed lax. As I was leaving, no one checked to make sure that the toddler I was leaving with was really mine and that he belonged to me.\r Square footage at Playworld is immense, yet there were only 2 employees working. One employee was constantly cleaning, but they seemed to only be cleaning the tables and the entrances to the play areas, not the play areas themselves. \r The bathrooms, upon first entry, seemed clean and well kept, but when I chose a stall, the first one had feces on it and the other stalls were very low in toilet paper. \r Despite the wrongness of this facility my children had fun. BUT WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. I am concerned for the safety of other children that use this place and considering how the whole facility was I worry also about the food. I am disappointed that this is where we took my son for his birthday. If I had known it would be like this we would have gone somewhere else.\r Do not take your children to Playworld, unless they can prove that they have improved the conditions of their facility. more

Employee Endangers Her Own Child...? 12/13/2009

I visited this establishment today and was extremely concerned to see a young man tossing an approximately 9 month old baby down one of the 12 or so ft. slides. A group of horrified parents watched, as the man continued this repeatedly, laughing and thinking it was funny. That poor baby... Then, as I went up to the counter to make an employee aware of the situation and to my astonishment, I realized this was her boyfriend and the baby being tossed about was HERS... The two of them laughed and acted as if it was just hilarious to see how big her eyes were getting as she flew down the slide.. Amazing to find people in this world, who abuse their children in such ways. Even worse to see an establishment that is supposed to be a clean and safe place for children, allowing such behavior.. Definitely makes me question the values of the owner.? more

Playworld is a great place to take your kids. They have toys for small children to climb and crawl through, as well as slides, play houses, and toy vehicles for kids to ride in. My daughter had a lot of fun and I definitely will be taking her there again. Pros: Variety of toys, Inexpensive, Seating Available Cons: Location more
