This place should definitely be shut down- these poor puppies come from puppy mills. thats a fact. AKA USDA Licensed Breeders. esp. from Lancaster, pa. And why would you pay 1,200. for a puppy when there are so many that need a home at shelters? When you shop here you are contributing to the problem and keeping puppy mills alive.\r I've been in the store. Many dogs are sick w/ worms and have health issues. Their 'warranty' is bogus. So after you shill out near a grand or more for a puppy, and it is sick, you better just give it the care it needs, because if you do attempt to return the poor puppy, it will be sent back to the breeder to be euthanized. There is no money in a sick puppy. To young to be breed and breed and be exploited for their puppies and not worth spending money to fix. VICIOUS CYCLE. And the workers know this. \r This store is nothing more than a concentration camp for puppies who's parents are housed in deplorable conditions. Get in your car and take a ride to the breeders location yourself. YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED AND CONDEMNED. my eyes were opened to the whole truth.\r This business from the 'puppy prince' is on the top 10 in PA for getting their puppies from puppy mills. Looks are deceiving. So the store appears nice -innocent puppies in their wood boxes and wood chips. DON'T SHOP, ADOPT! more

DONT BUY HERE!!!!!!! im out over a grand, plus they have the puppy. the young girl was EXTREMLY RUDE, Even cursed at me saying I dropped the puppy. Clearly the reason they didnt alow me to put her on the floor to run around there, was they were aware she had a broken leg, or some leg issue. I was told I couldnt place her on the floor due to their house dog who roamed freely and was aggressive. i went in a small box where i couldnt not see her run around. I called prior to going there, spent time with puppy, asked all the right question. SO HEART BREAKING. As soon as I got home and set her down I saw the issue, called a friend who is a retired 20 year dog trainer and experienced with vets for the United States Army, he stayed with me an hour at my house or so, and in the end we decided to sadly take her back and get my $1,029.99 back. Teenage girl REFUSED to give me my money back, became Irrate, intimidated me-I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE!!! They offer a BOGUS 10 day refund policy and 2 year health warranity, i went back in 2 hours and was refused. Tomorrow I will go to my bank, Attorney General, Better Business and an attorney. No one should be treated that way and sell sick puppies. Lie and be irrate and use profanity, in addition, I should have known better as I am most certain these poor puppies come from PUPPY MILLS where the parents are breed and breed till dead and kept in depluralable conditions.
