DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! ...if you care about grooming. I was visiting Chicago and decided to get my poodle groomed. I made mention of a few things that the groomer should take care of, but at the same time, I fully expected that he understood how to groom a poodle. Why would I think that the groomer needs to be told about all the little details of grooming a poodle???!!! When I picked him up, the dog was not shaved on one side of his face and asked the groomer to take care of it. I went home and realized that the dog's ears were cut wrong, the under belly wasn't even groomed, the dog's top knot was poorly shaped, the groomer did nothing about the hair in my dog's ears, there was still long hair in the underside of his paws...I had to trim the hair around his nails. The grooming was clearly not professional. Before I left initially, I asked how long it would take--they said 1.5 hours. I was surprised, after all my poodle is 60 pounds and grooming a poodle takes a bit of work. I am
