I went in on Black Friday and was told that for every $25 I spent, they would get $5 I could come back and spend later. The Owner compared it to Best Buy and siad it was better because you have to spend $250 at Best Buy to get $5. I spent $250 and got $50 to come back and spend later, or so I thought.
When I went back in to spend the $50, I was told that the $5 off cards they gave me were only good on used games and hardware. A bit frustrating since I was not told that up front, but it was clearly printed on the card, so I accepted it.
Then I found a couple used games to get instead, and went to purchase those instead. Then they decided to tell me that I could only use $5 off per transaction. I was not told this either, and it was not printed on the cards at all. There was absolutely nothing on the card that indicated that they could not be used all at once. No ""One per transaction"" or ""Not to be combined with any other offer"" or anything else remotely close.
Absolutely aggravating when they compared their $5 off to Best Buy when they made the sale. They at like a two bit operation that doesn't care if they loose customers because they won't honor the offers they make.
