I recently brought in my xbox for repairs. It had no video/audio. They fixed it and not even 2 months later the same problem persists. you would think that they would care about customer satisfaction but they dont. The manager i spoke with on the phone(Alex) and she said that it passed the 30 day warranty and there is nothing they can do. When i stated that i would go online and write bad reviews about their store she replied, ""Go Ahead"" in a very witty manner. I still am attempting to speak with the owner cause supposedly he is going to say the same thing to me. If anyone has any real problems with there xbox just send it to microsoft. At least microsoft will put in new and not USED parts in your system.
Pros: they are good at making you believe that they fix ur console
