Seriously, this salon rocks! Mehera has been doing my hair for years and I drive over an hour to see her every 8 weeks for my cut and color. I get compliments on my hair all the time, and its really only because Mehera has taken the time to show me how to blow out my hair, the right way to hold a curling iron, and how/where to apply product. It's one thing to have great hair when you leave a salon (which I do) but it's another to have a stylist who is willing to show you some tricks of the trade, so you can do it at home too. If your considering a new salon, be grateful you stumbled across Platinum, because you won't be disappointed! more

Love, Love, Love Platinum!!! 12/3/2011

Platinum is my favorite place to get my hair done. I usually see Mehera for blonde highlights, which she always does an amazing job on but I've also seen Kelly who is great too! Melissa does a flawless job on nails if you're looking for a mani/pedi. I was lucky enough to use Platinum for my wedding. They opened the salon for us on a Sunday and we brought in champagne and my photographer got some great shots of us getting ready. I travel back home to Norwich from Manhattan just to go here and it's totally worth it :) more

Platinum Inc. is by far the best salon 11/1/2011

Platinum Inc. is by far the best salon in this area! I have been to several other salons in the area and have been going here for years. All of the stylists are professional and friendly. Color, cut, nails...any service is great but the hair wash is the best! more

Love them! 11/1/2011

This place is great. I always get what I ask for and more. Very professional and friendly staff. I was afraid when my stylist left after several years there, but was immediately satisfied with the service I received from the stylist that my sister sees, Kelly. It really is a family affair for us. My mother, I and my sister have been going there for years, and now my sister's mother-in-law. We even went there to get our hair done for her wedding! It feels like going to see friends. more

Platinum is a very clean, well-run 11/1/2011

Platinum is a very clean, well-run salon, with a comfortable atmosphere. Mahera has been my stylist since the salon opened in 2005. I am always offered a beverage as soon as I walk in, and after a consultation in the stylist's chair, I get to enjoy a relaxing scalp massage with my shampoo. My cuts have consistently been fantastic, no matter the style I want to wear. They are also very accommodating with schedule changes and squeezing me in if needed. more

Best color in town 7/23/2007

When I entered Platinum I was instantly offered a beverage, and taken on a tour. It was nice to walk through and see everything neat, clean, and everyone friendly. My stylist was Chrissy. She was very sweet and listened to what I wanted. She didn't pressure me into getting something different. I loved my experience there and can't wait till my next visit. Exceptional Customer Service; Knowledgeable Staff 3/16/2007

I love the staff at Platinum Inc. The owners, stylists, and receptionist are wonderful. They have 4 Paul Mitchell National Educators and an OPI Nail National Educator on staff, who know their stuff. The service is second to none. I always leave looking and feeling my best after I see them. I would recommend them to anyone.
