hand marks on hood 3/22/2014

I am vey pleased with the service. This last time I mentioned to Bill about hand marks being left on the hood and the door side from previous time and I have tried everything to remove them, he said you had compound prob., that would clean it off. When you washed the car I guess you didn't see them as when I picked up the car they were still there. I think the time it happened, you were flushing the transmission oil not sure but you can clearly see the marks, otherwise everything was perfect. more

Service, Service, 3/13/2014

Stopped in, unexpectedly, to get split wiper blades replaced (snow/ice have been a killer on them this winter!) and they serviced immediately despite it being lunch time for the mechanics. It's the little things like this that have made them a dependable, go to place for all our car needs for many years. They always strive to accommodate if possible. more
