I am vey pleased with the service. This last time I mentioned to Bill about hand marks being left on the hood and the door side from previous time and I have tried everything to remove them, he said you had compound prob., that would clean it off. When you washed the car I guess you didn't see them as when I picked up the car they were still there. I think the time it happened, you were flushing the transmission oil not sure but you can clearly see the marks, otherwise everything was perfect.
