Great Food!! 5/8/2007

I had a private dinner party a couple of weeks ago and the food was great !!! He prepared a sun-dried tomato pasta with chicken that was wonderful. The appetizer and dessert were also very tasty. I would recommend him to any of my friends. more

WoW !!! 4/19/2007

I threw a party for 140 people and Chef Ortiz made some delicious shrimp with a rum & mango sauce that was amazing. He also made some chicken with spinach pesto. Thats just a a couple. Everything was really great. Pros: Awesome food !! Very creative Cons: absolutely none more

Amazing Food !! Great Cocktail Parties 4/16/2007

I had a Cocktail party at my house and The chef came and cooked a few Hors d' ouvres (that were amazing) and brought a few bottles of wine that paired up with the food perfectly. Nice presentation and terrific overall more
