Plastic Surgery Body Contouring - Dr. Siamak Agha

In November of 2010 I had a neck/nasolabial fold lift from Dr Agah. I am so unhappy with my results that it makes me feel sick when I think about it, or see my results in the mirror. It looks as if I've not had any work done at all, though he claims there was ""improvement"" so he is not responsible for how it turned out. I was 29 at the time. I had gone in to have lose sagging skin taken care of, due to a 100lb weight loss. I have no problem posting before and after pics, since they speak for themselves. Not only were the results not even close to reasonable, but I now also have nerve damage on the right side of my jaw, and ear. I really still can't believe how badly this turned out, and what a waste of money. Feel free to see for yourself. There is still a double chin, there is sagging, wrinkled skin, and more that does not show as well in the photos as it does in person. I'm sickeningly disappointed. more

I am 41 years old and a mother of four. Like many women my age I had allowed myself to gain weight after having babies and raising them. I did my due diligence and met with a few more Dr.'s but none compared to Dr. Agha. I found myself continuing to compare them to him (He had become the benchmark in my mind) the thing I most admire about him is his attention to detail. He has a way of mixing science with art....He took the time to find out my long term goals and began to guide me on the best process to achieve them. I had him perform the arm lift 4 months ago and the results were amazing. The scaring is minimal (he places the incision where the movement of the arm is so that it is not noticeable). Within 30 days I was wearing sleeveless shirts and dresses and my confidence level has increased a ton! I am now planning a thigh lift and breast lift with him and can’t wait for the end result. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to re-shape their body! I also have to mention that he one of the nicest people...he always takes the time to talk and has never rushed in and out of the room. His staff is also a direct reflection of him. They are so professional and respectful of my time. This group is really something special. more

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Agha, his staff & my results. I had long suffered from an embarrassing condition of a breast deformity called ""tuberous breasts."" I have always hid my chest from boyfriends, even a fiance. Instinctually, I knew only a specialist within the field of plastic surgery could correct such a complex issue. Upon meeting Dr. Agha, I knew I finally met the doctor with the knowledge & skills capable of handling the complexity of my case. Dr. Agha is an artist and a perfectionist. He is totally attentive, caring & made me feel safe. I have had other procedures in the past with other surgeons where I was left feeling like I had been hit by a truck, black and blue for weeks. This was not the case with the Dr. Agha as I was in minimal pain and had minimal swelling and bruising. I was able to return to work quickly. He went above and beyond and now a month post-surgery, I could not be happier!! Dr. Agha & his staff are extraordinary. I have never experienced such attentiveness & follow-through from a doctor's office. Shireen, the surgical coordinator is great! She's really helpful & made me feel at ease. I am just thrilled with my results!! I was only hoping for ""normal"" looking breasts. Ultimately, what I ended up with are perfect breasts that I am so excited about!! I do not have to hide anymore. After losing over 100 lbs I was left with a lot of sagging, loose and unsightly skin. I realized I needed a plastic surgeon experienced in patients with massive weight loss. So my research began. I went on many consultations but, never felt the Dr.’s were what I was looking for. Enter Dr. Agha…after my appointment with him I knew he was “the one”. His professionalism was perfect. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. His credentials are outstanding and his work is that of an artist. I had a High Definition Tummy Tuck. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with results. So much so, that I will be scheduling a breast lift with him as well. His office staff is wonderful. They are always cheerful and make you feel welcome no matter how busy the day is. I have never had to wait for my follow up appointments. Dr. Agha is always on time and aftercare is great. Prior to meeting with Dr. Agha I was doubtful because I had work done with previous plastic surgeons that never did it right the first time. I was self conscious about certain parts of my body and knew if I was ever going to go through with this again it had to be right. I scheduled consultations with a hand full of doctors and in the end felt the most impressed with Dr. Agha. After meeting with him he knew exactly what he was doing. I felt completely safe and comfortable, not to mention his incredible portfolio. I knew 100% I wanted Dr. Agha to perform my surgery. I went with my instinct and to this day I am so thankful I did. We always have an idea of what our body can/will look like when we've had our surgery and it's healed but when I saw Dr. Agha's results I could not have been more impressed. Dr. Agha gave me a body that I could of never imagined. I always say anyone can be a plastic surgeon but not everyone can be skilled at it. I can't stress how important it is to find the right doctor because your results are everything. Dr. Agha truly is an amazing artist and his work shows it. If you are considering Dr. Agha as your surgeon I can whole heatedly, with out any hesitation recommend him as a consumer, parent and an RN. After searching the entire country, Dr. Agha was the surgeon of our choice for correction of a congenital breast abnormality and breast augmentation using only fat transfer for my teen daughter. When my daughter started puberty, it was apparent she had an extreme form of asymmetry of her developing breasts. One was hypoplastic breast (non developing) and the other breast was a much larger (cup size D) tuberous breast. I spent 2 yrs researching for the correct procedure and physician and finally found Dr. Agha. The 2 yr search was worth every minute. From the first phone consultation to the last surgery we knew we found the right surgeon. With a background as an RN and having gained a vast knowledge in the procedure I wanted for my daughter, I was very meticulous and scrutinizing during my consultations with the various physicians I interviewed for my daughter's forthcoming procedure. Additionally, I needed a doctor who was willing to take a patient as young as my daughter was for the first surgery at 15. Dr. Agha fully understood the devastating effects her condition had on my daughter's psycho/social well being and how not doing the surgery would adversely effect her in the future. After consulting other physicians and Dr. Agha, it was apparent Dr. Agha was our surgeon based on his expertise and knowledge. What sealed the deal with Dr. Agha early on was my daughter's remark after the first phone call that ""Mom he is the one"". Both my daughter and I felt so comfortable with Dr. Agha from the start. Additionally, I can not say enough about how wonderful the support staff is. We had a few complicating matters. 1 - My daughter's condition would require a number of corrective surgeries to get to our final goal. (This was discussed from the onset.) 2 - We live across the country from Dr. Agha, and 3 - My daughter being a teen is in school and we would need to try to schedule the surgeries during school breaks. Shireen Dr. Agha's office manager made the process of scheduling and arranging follow up appt's a breeze. Additionally, Shireen is a delight to work with. She is so warm and personable which allowed us to feel at ease with the process. Tania, another supporting office staff member along with Shireen are both professional very knowledgeable, helpful, and very competent. Dr. Agha did such a fantastic job! Both my daughter and I are so pleased with her results. Thanks to Dr. Agha, my daughter is no longer burdened by a life filled with angst about her body. She feels better about her body, which has led to an increase in her self-esteem and her confidence. She is thrilled she can now dress with out having to make adjustments to her clothing. Additionally, she recognizes how this experience has given her the opportunity to not only grow but to become aware of the strength she has within. Her future is now one, which is open to all possibilities and one in which she, will proceed with without any hesitation thanks to Dr. Agha. I never would have imagined 30 yrs ago, when I wished I could take the extra fat from my hips and move it to my breasts that this type of surgery would ever really be possible. To think some 30 yrs later I would have a daughter, with the misfortune of having one hypoplastic breast and a second much larger tuberous breast, who would benefit from such an idea, is amazing. I consulted 19 Plastic Surgeons in and around the Orange County area, before finally settling on Dr.Agha. I sought a face/neck lift, fat transfer from tummy to cheeks and lips, and a myectomy -eyes. Instantly, I was taken with this Doctor's warm easy going personality and sense of humor. I spent at least 30 minutes with Dr.Agha talking about my options and concerns. I realized that he wasn't just nice, he knew what he was doing. I trusted my instincts and decided to have him perform the surgery. We decided to do it ""in office"" under a local. I was his only patient that day :-) - I'm 4 weeks post-op now. I have not for one second, regretted choosing Dr.Agha....on the contrary, I could not have been more impressed by this doctors ability as a surgeon and more taken aback by his concern and warmth. The staff is ahhh-mazing! Shireen, the Office MNGR or Tania, the Patient Liaison are right there to help and answer and questions or concerns, PRE- and POST op! . They are kind, prompt and informed. After gaining 60 pounds with the pregnancy of my son, I seemed to lose the “baby weight” quickly at the age of 25. Keeping active and in shape throughout my twenties seemed to be done with little effort. Even though I did not have stretch marks from my excessive weight gain during pregnancy, I did have what I called a “pitted” look all over my stomach. An analogy that describes it best is: you cannot deflate a balloon and expect it to look like new. Nearing 40, I began to realize it became harder to maintain my usual weight and size 6 figure. My jeans and pants fit like never before. I have a waistline that I do not think I ever had even in high school. My breasts, one size bigger, are perky and my husband thinks they look the best ever! The scars will take time to heal, but each day they look more faint. I can hardly wait until the six months point and see how the results have evolved. All in all, I do not regret my decision to have plastic surgery and feel more confident and youthful because of it. Dr. Agha gets my highest recommendation, and I would tell any woman that it truly gives you back the figure you used to have or the one you always dreamed of.
