No medical office would turn down payments from insurance unless they are financially irresponsible. PP in Abilene asks for donations and then when people try to pay with insurance they demand information that is not necessary to file a claim. They explain that it is ""policy"" but this policy is ridiculous. No medical office needs the personal information they ask for.
