I first tried out Bonne Saison last summer. I went alone, and was immediately seated. The place is absolutely adorable, with jazz and blues playing on the sound system. I was immediately impressed with my meal, and went back the following week with my boyfriend. We used to be regulars at another Thai joint up the block, but since trying out Bonne Saison, I have never gone back. As I went for dinner there more regularly, I realized that it is a family-run business. The owner is the cook, and you can see him preparing the meals through a window. The presentation of the meals are gorgeous, and the prices are definitely right, whether yuo get the Thai or French meals. Ferhat, one of the main servers, is also very kind and attentive. I remember asking if they had the asparagus salad as a special one day and was informed that the asparagus was not looking appealing at the market, so it wasn't put on the menu that week. That just showed me how fresh the ingredients there are. I definitely recommend the roqfurt salad, the chicken satay, thai beef salad, and really, any of the entrees. Saving room for the chocolate barona is a must!
Pros: all of the food, fantastic service, good people, extremely clean
