Great salon! I got possibly my favorite haircut ever! The prices are more than reasonable and the staff is very pleasant and friendly. I will continue to get my hair cut there. Pros: Stylist time to discuss before cutting, price, hours more

I have been a client of this salon for over 4 years. The atmosphere is pleasant and the stylists are very knowledgeable and great to assist you with products, styling tips, etc. They take the time to listen to what you want, making suggestions when needed and offer assistance when you get home and don't know what to do!! I recently made a drastic change in my hair style and was shown how to work the flatiron, what products to use to get the best look and an offer to call them anytime I had any questions. Edie is the main stylist I use, but, I have had several of the other stylists work on my hair and have been quite pleased with the results. Everyone knows what they are doing and they make each and every experience I have with the salon very enjoyable. I highly recommend Planet Hair - they have convenient evening hours, very pleasant staff, the salon is always clean and the decor is very upbeat. I searched for along time to find a salon that was both convenient and had knowledgeable staff. I found all of that and more at Planet Hair. I trust my stylist, Jana, completely and really value her opinions on hair color and style, especially when I decided to make a rather dramatic change in my style. I would highly recommend her or ANY of the other women in the salon. If Jana were not available I would feel completely comfortable with any of them coloring, cutting, or styling my hair. Everyone is so nice, the salon is clean, and there is absolutely no pressure to purchase products, although they are available if you need them and the staff are knowledgeable about which products work best for their clients. Do yourself a favor... skip the high-priced, impersonal downtown and Johnson County Salons. I have been there and done that and Planet Hair beats them in service, knowledge, and atmosphere one hundred times over. Planet Hair will continue to have my business for as long as I live even remotely nearby. Pros: Conveniently located and they have evening hours. (YEAH!!!!) Cons: Honestly, I can't think of any! THEY ARE GREAT!!! more

Top notch salon with an owner and staff that really care! I've never had to wait and hair cuts and color are perfection. They go out of their way to please. Pros: Easy access, convenient parking. Cons: Nothing adverse at all! more
