Awesome Salon 4/30/2011

My daughter and I have been going to Planet 21 Salon for several years. Jen does a great job on our haircuts even with my daughters thick long hair. Cali also is awesome with my hair color. My hair is always healthy and looks great every time. These girls are amazing. more

This is the longest I've ever gone to the same stylist for haircuts. Jen consistently gives me a great cut. The salon recently started serving mimosas on the weekends - nice perk! more

Great Cuts and Color 4/21/2011

The stylists at this salon surely know how to make a girl look good! My two ladies, Jen and Delene, know how to do the perfect cut and color. With my baby fine hair I often have trouble making it look thicker. Jen knows how to cut it just right and style it to look amazingly thick! Delene never lets me down with a color - always the perfect blend of colors to highlight my features. Besides great talent, this salon pays attention to the client and makes sure you are comfortable on every visit! more

Great Salon, Great Stylist!! 4/15/2011

When I first moved here from NY about a year ago, my biggest worry was finding a hair stylist that was as good as "back home." Well, I found Miha at Planet 21 at the Fountains, and have been going there ever since. I always get an amazing cut and blow and never leave disappointed! I wish I could go to her every week! She is that good!! I have also had a Brazilian straightening by Callie that was awesome too! I love the Salon itself too. The decor is nice and modern. It feels like an upscale experience at a fair price. I won't go anywhere else!!! more

Haircut with Sonya 4/11/2011

I've been going to Sonya for haircuts for 9-10 years and she is absolutely the best! i have had very short hair as well as styles to my shoulders and she always knows what will look best with my texture hair. Sometimes i simply say "i trust you to make it look great" and that is all the instruction she needs! if i could give more than 5 stars, i would! more

Exactly what I want in a Salon 4/7/2011

Planet 21 at the Fountains is the ideal salon for me. Its not some huge, crowded, noisy salon. Its quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. I love the decor - its simple but really cool inside. Of course none of that would matter if the service and results weren't amazing - and they are. Mandy and Carly are excellent colorists. Janna and Jen are excellent stylists. Jodi will efficiently check you out, and schedule your next appointments and even call you to remind you the day before an appointment - all with a pleasant smile and attitude. I feel like the value of Planet 21 far exceeds the local competition. I really love this salon! more

I've been getting my haircuts from Sonia at the Fountains for years! I wouldn't trust my thick curly hair with anyone else. Mandi colors my mouse brown locks to making my hair golden and natural looking.... I've tried other salons and none compare! more

FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE 4/4/2011

When I moved to Waxhaw I was worried that my hair would never look the same. Being a redhead is somewhat of a challenge especially in warm weather. Mandi at Planet 21 is the BEST! She gets my color right everytime. When it comes to a hair cut you can't beat Eric. I get compliments on my hair all the time. more

I can't say enough good things about getting my hair done here. The service is great, the stylists are fabulous, and it is always done the way I wanted it. The colors great and so is the cut. Kali does my color and Amry does the cut. Kali just did my Brazilian Straightener and I love it!! Perfect everytime. Kristi more

Jen was referred to me by a friend of mine. I have been going to her for 4 years. She has never pressured me to cut or color my hair the way she would like to do it. She just knows what I like and takes care of it. Dalene does my color. Love it. Every time! more

Miha is the BEST stylist!!!!! 3/30/2011

I would like to tell anyone looking for that incredible haircut that makes you feel so beautiful...to go to Miha Reynolds. She has been cutting my hair for the past 4 years and has consistently provided the most cutting edge styles. I don't tell her what to do...she just seems to know exactly what to do. I always walk in looking drab and leave looking WOW! I cannot say enough about Miha. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I trust her implicitly and have recommended her to a number of my friends. On another note, Planet 21 is such a great salon. Their isn't a person who works there that doesn't understand the value of customer service. I love Planet 21. Check it out! more

Best Hair Stylist Ever 3/24/2011

I have been going to Planet 21 for 4 years now. I started in Waxhaw, NC and when my stylist Jen Myers, was sent to the Salon in the Fountains I followed her. I have been getting my hair done for many years (I am 80yrs, old) as I worked for many years in Chicago. Jen is by far, the best stylist and hair cutter I have ever been to. Also, she is gracious, and so much fun to be with and talk to. The girls at the desk are ,so friendly, helpful and never forget that I get a senior discount. If a problem arises that I can not make my appointment they always see that I get another. I love the products that they use, and the wonderfull way my hair always looks. Believe me,, at my age I need all the help I can get. I can only say, if Jen ever quits, I will just have to go to her home and get my hair done. All you seniors out there, if you want to look your best, and years younger. and be treated by the girls at he desk as well as your stylist like you really matter to them...GO TO JEN MYERS AT PLANET 21.. more

I first went to this salon because it was so close to my house. Now I go because the salon is very well run, the service from all the staff is great and my haircutter, Jen Myers does a superb job and is really fun to be around. I told her today she better never quit or I would be heartbroken. more

Great salon and friendly receptionists 3/22/2011

Love the color of my hair. I just went darker and was really worried how it would turn out. It came out great. I have been going to planet 21 for over 3 years since I moved here. Everyone is always so friendly especially the receptionist Jodi. She is always there to greet you with a smile. I will keep coming back. more
