I have been going to Planet 21 for 4 years now. I started in Waxhaw, NC and when my stylist Jen Myers, was sent to the Salon in the Fountains I followed her. I have been getting my hair done for many years (I am 80yrs, old) as I worked for many years in Chicago. Jen is by far, the best stylist and hair cutter I have ever been to. Also, she is gracious, and so much fun to be with and talk to. The girls at the desk are ,so friendly, helpful and never forget that I get a senior discount. If a problem arises that I can not make my appointment they always see that I get another. I love the products that they use, and the wonderfull way my hair always looks. Believe me,, at my age I need all the help I can get. I can only say, if Jen ever quits, I will just have to go to her home and get my hair done. All you seniors out there, if you want to look your best, and years younger. and be treated by the girls at he desk as well as your stylist like you really matter to them...GO TO JEN MYERS AT PLANET 21..
